Job Objective
The Customer Development Executive is the Company's primary contact with a limited number of customers (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Discounters, Cash & Carry) and prospects in a geographic sales territory. He/She is responsible for achieving sales in his territory, merchandising and marketing
objectives for all consumers’ lines.

Requirements:
University graduated At least 2-year sales experience, preferably with a fast moving consumer goods company. Good understanding of retail strategies, 5P tactics, budget and planning process in sales Ability to maintain good relations with partners, negotiation skills Solutions seeking approach to improve in-store presence, customer engagement, identify in-store opportunities Experience with coaching and training of Merchandisers Team player, to work with the Commercial Team to bring new, creative thinking to the plan Good English knowledge Clean driving license (B category) very good communication and interpersonal skills, high level of energy and drive
