Job Title: Mobile Solutions Coordinator

Position Summary

The Coordinator Mobile Solutions North America is responsible for aiding the day to day activities as it relates to the Mobile Solutions Mobile SPD fleet.  Is responsible for internal and back of house activities that include coordination with internal and external client teams and systems such as Siebel and Oracle.  Will work closely with the Mobile Solutions leadership, management, vendors and clients on all fleet movement and ordering activities.

Duties

Order Management

Create purchase orders and process/coordinate invoice payments Order sensors, materials, brochures, paperwork, office suppliers, apparel, etc. Work with Sr. Business Analyst to process Customer rental orders for billing in Oracle Place orders for consumables, parts, accessories or misc. items as needed

 

Sales, Fleet and Client Support

Account Set-up Set up suppliers- work with Customer to obtain documents (W9, vendor set up forms, payment terms exception, credit reporting, etc.)

 

Fleet Coordination

Coordinate pick-up/shipment of field items Work in Siebel to manage serial numbers, SRs, transfer accounts, update addresses, etc. Work in Siebel to move/manage Mobile unit moves to Customer accounts or holding address, create install/de-install SR’s Provide documentation/paperwork to team as needed (checklists, addresses, maps, etc.) Work with Project Manager and fleet trucking company to complete paperwork to move units Duties - cont'd

Field Support

Work with Customer Service to update technician on call list as needed Work with Project Manager to complete project specific paperwork such as base access, badge/ID creation, etc. Support field technicians as needed (documents needed, account look up, pick-up/shipments, etc.)

 

Inventory Management

Assist in inventory management, purchasing, tracking, etc. (HUB facility, PMs, commission/decommission, etc.

Customer Focus

Direct Customer contact – both internal and external Dedicated to meeting Customer expectations and requirements Obtains first-hand Customer information and uses it to enhance the Customer experience Provides appropriate solutions based on Customer needs Establishes and maintains effective relationships with Customers Gains Customer trust and respect Utilizes resources to maximize time and resolve Customer issues

 

Education Degree High School Diploma or GEDRequired Experience High School diploma and 4+ years with direct contact with customers, vendors and/or sales considered in lieu of degree or Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience preferred. Working knowledge of Siebel and Oracle – 1 year Previous experience in equipment sales coordination preferred.  Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Access Able to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and analytical skills; with a demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively across all levels of the organization as well as with Customers.

 Pay range for this opportunity is $38,500.00 - $53,812.50.This position is eligible for bonus.

 

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.  Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
