Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician

The  pay rate for this position is starting at $ 30.50 with opportunity to earn more based upon experience . Annual merit bonus and incentive plans are also offered.  This position works 9PM-6AM Monday thru Friday shift and offers overtime potential based on business needs.

What you will do with us: Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting on all plant equipment including high volume, validated processing equipment in a (Insert modality) sterilization environment. Participate in installation of new equipment, and maintenance of the electrical system Performs general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting and carpentry Conduct scheduled safety/maintenance inspections, including completion of related documentation Maintain a spare parts program Respond to off-shift maintenance calls on a rotating on-call schedule
 

 

How you will learn your role: Review work instructions along with vital policies and procedures Take part in on-the-job training, overseen by your Hiring Manager Demonstrate ability to meet the requirements of the job
  Education Degree Associate degree with 5 years of solid experience or High School Diploma or GED with 9 years’ work experience in maintenance.  You will be a great fit if you can: Pass a background check and drug screen Pass a physical capacity evaluation test and annual physical Demonstrate the ability to follow safety rules and be safety aware at all times Demonstrate the desire to learn, be productive and contribute to the team Demonstrate reliability and dependability  Show a minimum of 2 years related experience in positions demonstrating knowledge of maintenance systems Successfully complete the company Operator training, become certified as an Operator ad pass Operator annual recertification tests annually Demonstrate a working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics or electrical applications Demonstrate the ability to read blueprints and schematics Communicate effectively verbally and in writing Demonstrate computer literacy  Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills Demonstrate math skills to include measurement and ratios Be a collaborative team player Be attentive to detail
