We are seeking an innovative and transformational Senior Director, Customer Growth in our Global Digital Organization to develop E-commerce & Amazon strategies and work with Divisional and market teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption for Amazon. Bring together and share best practice examples of driving online commercial opportunities by connecting with consumers and shoppers while building brand equity.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of consumer packaged goods experience
4+ years of Amazon experience in Customer Development
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems using data from various sources.
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Consistent track record of high impact results while navigating rapidly-changing environments
You are highly curious and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in eCommerce
Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders including C- level executives both internally and externally
You lead with the ability to generate business questions, run analysis and drive actionability from multiple sources of data, industry best in class etc.
Experience working with cross cultural and geographically dispersed multi functional teams and agency partners
You bring an informed, educated perspective on eCommerce and a high degree of intellectual curiosity to help the company accelerate our digital transformation
You are entrepreneurial, hands-on, go-getter and have ability to pivot to where the business needs are
You are comfortable in ambiguity and can work in a self directed environment

What will you do?
Develop global Amazon strategy and direction to further accelerate growth across all markets & businesses. Continue to evolve the strategic blueprint, based on current priorities
Work with all local markets & division teams to ensure successful implementation of the strategies & tactics to deliver the company ambition and goals
Lead the partnership with the GVM team at Amazon. Develop best in class partnership, across the entire Amazon ecosystem. This includes Retail, Advertising, Supply Chain, Packaging, Analytics, Tech, Sustainability and other teams, as determined based on our priorities & focus areas.
Develop strategies and execution plan for industry leading initiatives on AMC and Ads spend measurement
Oversee & coordinate engagement by our internal cross functional partners with the Amazon teams.
Own the negotiation and implementation of Amazon Ads global LOI
Work closely with all local markets in the execution of the global strategy and also provide support to them, including during AVNs and other important initiatives & conversations or global escalations, as needed.
Lead the leadership connects with Amazon, including Top to Top meetings, in our endeavor to become the best in class partners
Focus on digital upskilling, including elevating understanding and training on Amazon, with local markets as well as global & leadership teams.
Bring new thoughts & ideas and the ability to challenge & push the envelope with the leadership teams & broader organization, to accelerate Amazon and digital commerce growth.

Commercial understanding and P&L management
Operational and deep understanding of all facets of running the Amazon business

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $237,000.00 - $263,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
