GENERAL SUMMARY: + Under the direction of Director-System Ambulatory Business Operations, this role is responsible for coordinating operations and collaborating closely with joint venture leadership. + Key responsibilities include facilitating cross-departmental coordination which involves monitoring performance metrics, facilitating communication, and supporting key strategic initiatives to ensure that all operational processes align with joint venture goals while effectively balancing the interests of both parties. + Acting as a liaison between joint ventures, other departments, and Henry Ford Health senior leadership, establishes clear procedures for identifying, tracking, and resolving operational issues within the joint ventures. + Partners with joint venture to establish clear processes for the identification, tracking and resolution of operational issues in the joint ventures and collects/analyzes data, and prepares reports effectively to address the current and future needs of the joint ventures. + Administratively responsible for the oversight of time entry and other administrative support as necessitated by the JV agreement. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: + Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care Administration, or related field. + Four (4) years of progressively more responsible, relevant administrative experience, such as process improvement, business development, data analytics, operations. + Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. + Analytical skills. Skilled in the development and analysis of comprehensive reports and interpretation of complex data. + Skilled in the preparation and presentation of reports to various committees and groups. + Skilled in effective planning, both strategic and short-term, and organizing attributes. + Skilled in exercising initiative, judgment, problem solving, and decision making. + Ability to set priorities and avoid crises management. + Knowledgeable in organization policies, procedures, systems, and objectives; fiscal and human resource management techniques and applications; and healthcare administration, including managed care administration, regulatory management, government regulations, and computer systems and applications.
