A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT \n

Do you have a passion for customer service and sales? Would you enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of our customers? Would you enjoy being a crucial part of a branch that strives to grow by providing phenomenal service to each one of our customers? Your responsibilities would include: \n\nCustomer Interaction & Sales: Help customers with incoming questions and concerns over the phone and email using solutions-oriented and caring communication. You'll also contact current and interested customers to establish long-term relationships. You'll look for opportunities to use our services to satisfy customers' needs and desires. Primarily in the winter months, you will make phone calls to our customers to ensure they are signed up for upcoming services.\nBranch Administrative Support: Supporting the growth of the branch and assisting the branch manager will be the core of your administrative responsibilities. Your attention to detail will shine by accurately entering, updating, and organizing customer data into our customer management software. Generating customer reports, processing customer payments, and making bank deposits will be part of your daily routine. \nRoute Scheduling: Schedule routes for our specialists to maximize efficiency and quality of service to our customers.\n\n

You don't need to know everything about lawn care or the above topics, but having proficient typing skills will be helpful. If you've had previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Associate, those skills may help you excel quickly in this role. We are excited to teach you everything you need to know to be successful, as long as you are open to learning and growing with us.\n
