The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Journeyman Change Management Lead to facilitate the successful implementation of data science initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness at USSTRATCOM. This role involves guiding teams through organizational change, ensuring seamless integration of data-driven solutions, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
The work location for this position is Omaha, Nebraska. The position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
Change Management Lead, Journeyman:
Aligns technology initiatives with organizational goals and business strategies to support change management
Develops step-by-step implementation and change adoption plans for AI/ML tools
Monitors and assess the effectiveness of implemented tools and processes
Addresses concerns about ethical, security, and data privacy risks associated with AI/ML solutions
Ensures that AI/ML tools are integrated seamlessly into existing workflows, systems, and data pipelines, and that security and infrastructure meet project needs
Conducts regular assessments to evaluate the organization’s readiness to adopt AI/ML technologies
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple, complex work assignments
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) as required by mission needs
Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership to meet mission requirements and support USSTRATCOM objectives. Depending on experience and team structure, this role may involve working under direct supervision or potentially providing guidance, training, or supervision to others
Qualifications:
Required:
Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Management)
5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a data-driven environment
Required 8140 Cert within 6 months of start date: Not applicable
AND
Additional Cert: ITIL 4 foundations
Strong understanding of data science principles and their application in operational settings
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in change management frameworks and methodologies
Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

The proposed salary range for this position is:
