This position handles installation, repair, and maintenance service projects for all types of electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings in Colorado Springs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS + Journeyman Electrician License (Required) + 3+ yrs of experience as journeyman electrician + Experience in residential and commercial electrical systems + High school diploma or equivalent + Customer service oriented with a desire to learn new skills + Willing to start immediately JOB DUTIES + In-depth understanding of installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and related devices. + Determines general condition of all electrical equipment, can troubleshoot electrical malfunctions, and determine the extent of necessary repairs. + Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to specify the layout of electrical systems. + Identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects. + Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or upgrades to customers, effectively explaining the benefits to drive sales. + Evaluate customer requests and provide work order descriptions and straightforward pricing. + Provide technical guidance to peers and onsite technicians. + Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. + Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and timely.
