As a Journeyman Plumber here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of plumbing systems\nin commercial and industrial buildings. You will be accountable for installing,\nrepairing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures, pipes, and systems. Your\nexpertise will contribute to the overall functionality and comfort of our\ncustomers' facilities. You will report directly to our Plumbing Supervisor and\nyou'll work out of our Silver Spring, MD location. In this role, you will\nimpact the efficiency and reliability of plumbing systems, ensuring that they\nmeet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your work will directly\ncontribute to the overall success of our Building Automation business unit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs daily service work orders, repairs, and monthly\nPreventive Maintenance tickets as assigned such as belowDrainage/ bathroom fixture issuesMan hole camera inspectionsWater heater repairs/maintenancePerforms assigned tours of mechanical spaces/equipmentPerforms annual backflow inspections/tests as assignedInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pipes, and\nsystems Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential\nproblems Work with other tradespeople to ensure efficient project\ncompletion Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes and\nregulationsProvide exceptional\ncustomer service and maintain professional relationships with clients

YOU MUST HAVE:

Journeyman Plumber license 5+ years of experience as a plumber Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical\ndrawings Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
