ARSIEM is looking for a Journeyman Operator - Lima (JO-L) to provide experienced geolocation and language analysis operations in support of Department of Defense real-world missions. This position will support one of our Government clients in Augusta, GA or San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities
+ Support 24/7 operations to actively champion defense missions
+ Performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest
+ Provide language translations of collected materials
+ Mentor less experienced operators in order to enhance and reinforce training programs and operational TTPs
+ Target Languages:
+ Arabic – Levantine (AP)
+ Arabic – Yemeni (AU)
+ Arabic – IRAQI (DG)
+ Persian Farsi (PF)
+ Pashto (PU)
+ Russian
Minimum Qualifications
+ Willingness to support 24/7/365 operations. Shift work may be required
+ Minimum of two years’ applicable operational experience within the past five years performing geolocation operations within the DoD or IC agencies
+ At least four years of experience as a DoD cryptologic language professional
+ Successfully completing a 60-day certification training program upon start
+ Passive Geolocation Certification
+ Active 2/2 DLPT scores (or higher) in target languages (scores must be within the past two years)
Preferred Qualifications
+ Certification in geolocation techniques as supplied via customer training programs.
+ Prior military and/or government experience.
+ Successful completion of NCS Cryptologic Skills course or military equivalent courses.
