To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **■About the organization and team** As an NEC SMB Sales Manager within the NEC Direct Commercial Division of the Japan eCommerce Business Unit located at the Lenovo Japan headquarters in Akihabara, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth among corporate clients, primarily targeting the SMB segment (businesses with fewer than 300 employees) in Japan + **Division Name:** Japan eCommerce Business Unit, NEC Direct Commercial Division + **Division Head:** Satoshi Shirato + **Hiring Manager:** Koichi Matsuda + **Number of Subordinates:** Currently 2 (+4 planned hires) + **Number of Peers:** 1 **■** **Role Overview** + Oversee B2B sales (phone, chat, field sales) within the NECPC direct sales division.Lead recruitment, training, and operational setup as this is a start-up phase for the team. + Drive efficient business operations by coordinating efforts between permanent employees and external partners. + Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies and specific action plans. + Plan and track sales initiatives (lead generation, acquisition, retention plans, sales conversion, etc.). + Pioneer new sales channels and actively engage in sales activities as needed. + Conduct benchmarking against competitors and analyze the needs of business partners and customers. + Execute PDCA cycles to generate new business opportunities. + Provide sales support for the TeleSales team (e.g., training, inquiries, proposal creation, joint sales calls). + Manage projects for launching new services. + Coordinate with other departments (e.g., commercial sales, marketing, distributors, resellers) to manage conflicts and align strategies. **■Key Interaction with:** + All functions within the Direct Sales Division (Web4P, DG, Sales, SOP, Production, etc.) + Commercial Teams (4P, Marketing, Sales) **■Business Trip):** + Required; specifics regarding locations and frequency to be determined **Additional Locations** : * Japan - Tōkyō - Chiyoda-Ku * Japan * Japan - Tōkyō * Japan - Tōkyō - Chiyoda-Ku
