Job Overview:
As a Junior Accountant for the Benelux region, you will play an essential role within the finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the financial health and success of our operations in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable/Receivable and Cash Management

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and account reconciliations. Record expense reports and air travel tickets. Process various payments and customer refunds into the banking system. Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and perform bank reconciliations. Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities. Liaise with external agencies in the Netherlands, including VAT and tax reporting. Handle tax and social security declarations.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Over 2 years of experience in accounting.

Skills:

Proficiency in information systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English and Dutch (both written and spoken), level B2/C1. Fluency in French

This position is based in Brussels, with frequent travel to Amsterdam.
