As a Jr Analyst, Admin Finance you tell stories with data and harness the findings for optimization and change. You can adjust as needed while staying passionate about goals. You have skills that are in high demand, but choose to work in a place that contributes to saving and sustaining lives.

What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of Baxter global suppliers to ensure all invoices received are processed and paid timely.Professionally interact with Baxter suppliers worldwide (in English language mainly) to understand and respond to invoice and payment queries.Professionally interact with Baxter colleagues in Purchasing, Sourcing, Human Resources, Logistics and Finance to resolve supplier payment requirements and ensure timely processing of invoices of any kind.Maintain Baxter’s Databases to ensure up-to-date information about suppliers is available on the information systems.The preparation of month-end financial reports and various ad hoc financial reports.Align with Baxter’s procedures.Ad hoc functions and tasks which arise during the normal course of business in a busy finance department.Follow up on Recurring payments such as utilities, payroll, rents, etc. to assure the payment is made on time.What you'll bringProficiency in English and previous experience (2-3 years) working in Accounts Payable.A diploma or certification in Accounting or Bookkeeping is desirable.Knowledge/experience of SAP, Oracle or similar financial systems in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.Proficient general computer skills. Knowledge of Excel and MS Word, or equivalent spreadsheet, and word processing applications is required.Work experience from US or multi-national companies.A positive attitude is very important to this role. Representing our Tijuana Shared Services Center, to Baxter’s global suppliers and colleagues is an important and sensitive role.This role requires excellent attendance. Good references regarding attendance history and punctuality in previous roles is expected.Time management and organization skills are very important to this role.A flexible and enthusiastic attitude is very important to this role. In a small, multi-national finance team of approximate 10-15 people, team members are required to learn and perform a variety of tasks and to be able to back each other up. This is in order to ensure a high quality of service to our internal customers.
