About Us:

IFF is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality standards in our products. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Analyst to join our Quality Control team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory processes and results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Maintenance: Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition for accurate results.
- Sampling and Analysis: Perform and review sampling and analytical procedures as outlined in the established work protocols. Ensure all analyses are carried out meticulously and results are accurate and reliable.
- Reporting: Compile and communicate analytical results to the factory team after thorough review by the Quality Control Manager. Provide clear and concise reports that highlight any significant findings or anomalies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all results in both physical notebooks and digital systems, such as Oracle. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
- Tecnical Diploma (Grado superior) or Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and quality control procedures.
- Proficiency in using Oracle or similar IT systems for data entry and management.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
