How will the Jr. Analyst contribute?

Leverage the finance systems to build tracking tools used for finance analysis, new innovations, and post evaluations of projects; propose new ways to improve processes.

Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions.

Interact with non-finance functions e.g. Marketing and share financial knowledge, findings, and P&L analysis.

Leveraging the PowerPoint skills to prepare monthly reporting package or any ad-hoc FP&A support.

Ensure full compliance with our policies.

What we're looking for?

Good Financial knowledge; P&L structure, variance analysis concepts

Strong skills in MS Office (particularly Excel, Powerpoint)

FiT/SAP/SAC system knowledge would be a plus.

Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously. Drive for results.

Effective communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people/functions across the European business.

Solid organizational skills

Integrity and trust aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.

Curiosity, positive mindset, and willingness to learn on the fly.

Ability to navigate through new digital systems; web-based and/or bespoke e.g. SmartView.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 2550 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance. The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
