Samsung is looking for an enthusiastic engineer to join the Samsung Cloud Engineering team. You will build and support Samsung’s cloud infrastructure and to help shape the architecture and ensure reliability of our global internal and customer-facing external services. You will have the support of team to succeed and make impacting contributions to the organization.

Develop a deep technical understanding of technology used to deliver Samsung's global servicesLearn to Install, administer and troubleshoot cloud infrastructureBuild, deploy and maintain reliable, robust and scalable systems for business servicesResearch, design and build tools develop solutions to improve our efficiencyHelp local and global teams successfully implement and integrate cloud technologiesWork with your mentor and senior team members to guide your learning and developmentParticipate in an on-call rotation, using a follow-the-sun modelAbout You
A strong combination of technical experience, hands-on keyboard capability, technical leadership experience, and ability to learn fast in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Cloud Environments such AWS, Azure or GCPExpertise with Linux system administration, networking and security, ideally in a Cloud environmentHands-on experience working with Infrastructure-as-Code such as Terraform, Ansible, HelmFamiliarity with containers and orchestration technology such as Kubernetes and DockerExposure to programming or scripting languages such as Python, Node, Java or GOExpertise with modern CI/CD systems such as ArgoCD, Circle-CI, Github ActionsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalKnowledge of cloud monitoring and troubleshooting skillsTriage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologiesNice to have

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $73,440 to $95,040 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
