Roles and Responsibilities :

Knowledge on breakdown, Preventive & predictive maintenanceMaintenance of die’s (Applicators).Analyzing daily breakdown & initiating countermeasuresCo-ordination with team for maintenance activities.Knowledge on MTTR & MTBF calculationLocalization of imported spare partsKnowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control PlanKnowledge of W/H Manufacturing process.Spare part planning & procuring, Maintain optimum spare inventoryTool lifetime study & monitoringCo-ordination with Engg & MFG team for ECN & new project implementation

Eligibility/Qualifications/ Experience :

Diploma - Mechanical/ElectricalMin 3 - 5 Years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry
