Description We are supporting a growing organization in their search for a motivated Junior Financial Analyst. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0-3 years of experience looking to launch their careers in finance. The Junior Financial Analyst will work closely with the finance team to assist in various financial analyses and reporting tasks. The position is contract or contract-to-hire, providing an excellent opportunity for skill development and career growth. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses, including budget vs. actual comparisons. + Support the development of financial models and forecasting tools. + Conduct variance analysis and assist in the monthly close process. + Utilize Excel to manipulate and analyze financial data (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas). + Collaborate with team members on special projects and data-driven initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required). 0-3 years of experience in a finance or analytical role (preferred). Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
