Job Description Job Description: This role will support the design, implementation of Process Management Oversight Function as well as carry out reviews on existing Process Inventory. This is a highly visible role, working with senior managers to ensure GMO Processes and Controls are accurately reflected in the process inventory. Responsibilities: Working within the GMO Risk Initiatives function this role will include: - Understanding the Single Process Inventory and Process Policy - Work alongside the SPI Initiative Team to develop ongoing routines to continuously monitor adherence to policy - Support the delivery of ad hoc initiatives over process inventory including working with Senior Process Owners to ensure requirements are met - Carry out deep dive reviews over existing inventory to ensure accurate and complete - Support the changes over Data Policy Adherence to ensure all LOBs are in line with requirements - Work with GCOR and Audit on any issues or ad-hoc requests to ensure closed out as required We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
