**SUMMARY**
This role will design, develop, and implement integration solutions for various warehouse management systems (WMS). The position will ensure seamless data flow between different platforms and applications, create and maintain data mapping specifications, and oversee EDI transactions. This role involves leveraging CLEO software to streamline and automate data integration processes, conducting rigorous testing and validation, and preparing detailed documentation of integration processes.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Systems Integration: Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for various warehouse management systems (WMS). Ensure seamless data flow between different platforms and applications.
+ Data Mapping: Create and maintain data mapping specifications to facilitate accurate data exchange between systems.
+ EDI Management: Oversee EDI transactions and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.
+ CLEO Utilization: Leverage CLEO software to streamline and automate data integration processes. Develop and maintain CLEO maps and workflows.
+ Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
+ Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, data flows, and system configurations.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external partners, to gather requirements and deliver optimal integration solutions.
+ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in systems integration and data management.
+ Support: collaborate with external and internal customers to troubleshoot, research and provide solutions.
+ Occasional after hour/weekend support
**QUALIFICATONS**

**Education & Experience:**
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in systems integration required, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment. Previous experience with Cleo CIC Cockpit. Knowledge of transportation and warehouse standard EDI document series. Experience with cloud-based integration platforms and APIs.
+ Cleo CIC Cloud Edition Developer Certification preferred but not required.
+ Certified EDI Professional.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
Proven experience in systems integration and data management, proficiency with CLEO software and EDI management, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The candidate should be proficient in EDI standards, data mapping, scripting languages, and familiar with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems. Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a team player, adaptable to changing business needs, and innovative and results-driven.
Results orientated, outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working with multiple teams, both in-house and remote, and able to build strong interpersonal relationships with various stakeholders. A solid understanding of the product lifecycle, proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite), and a working knowledge of software development are essential. Ability to respond to common inquiries and support issues, communicate effectively to non-IT employees, and train end users. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are a must.
