Jr. Accounts Receivable Analyst

If you’re ready to bring the best, come join the Finance team as a Jr. Accounts Receivable Analyst. You’ll be responsible for manage the Invoice to Cash (ITC) process within Kellanova, supporting the Global Business Services' strategic goals and maximizing cash flow by overseeing the invoice to cash cycle and maintaining strong customer relationships. This hybrid role is located in Queretaro with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week / 2 days at home office – subject to change.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  

Customer and sales communication: Act as the primary ITC (Invoice to Cash) point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams. Proactive invoice and payment management: Provide and active follow up with customers to ensure invoices are received and payments are in progress. Receivables and deductions management: Manage the collection of aged receivables and resolve invalid deductions by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Order management and problem resolution: Oversee order holds and releases, and facilitate the resolution of ITC-related issues.

 

We’re Looking for Someone With

 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or administration. Strong English speaking and comprehension skills (this person will be working daily and directly with USA managers). Strong knowledge of collections, deductions, clearing and invoice to cash processes, procedures and tools. Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraints. Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments.
