Your new role

Este cargo foi criado para apoiar o fluxo de trabalho Procure to Pay (PTP) da Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). A pessoa responsável terá a função de gerenciar as atividades relacionadas ao processo de PTP, assegurando a conformidade com a Sox, mantendo um ambiente de controles eficazes e fornecendo atualizações e relatórios sobre as operações gerais do Procure to Pay.

Your role accountabilities

Oferecer atendimento ao cliente de alta qualidade e de forma proativa para as partes interessadas internas e externas, sempre em conformidade com as políticas e procedimentos da empresa.Apoiar os processos de PTP para garantir a eficiência operacional, como a criação precisa de fornecedores, a correspondência correta das faturas com os pedidos de compra e o encaminhamento adequado das faturas aos codificadores responsáveis, entre outros.Monitorar e reconciliar atividades passadas de PTP, incluindo aplicativos de interface.Apoiar a integração e o registro de novas aquisições nos processos e sistemas da Warner Bros. Discovery.Auxiliar na implementação de mudanças no sistema PTP, melhorias e no registro de novas empresas, realizando testes quando necessário, além de apoiar novos projetos de negócios, aquisições e integrações, quando requerido.

Qualification & Experiencie

Diploma de bacharel em contabilidade, finanças ou áreas relacionadasÉ necessário ter conhecimentos intermediários de inglêsConhecimento prático dos produtos do Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)Conhecimento do processo de PTP

Experiência em Peoplesoft Financials e SAPTer experiência no setor de mídia e/ou vendas de mídia
