Your role 

The Junior Brand Designer at Dialpad will play a key role in supporting the creative team by producing high-quality visual assets that align with Dialpad’s brand guidelines. This position involves designing digital and print materials, contributing to creative brainstorming, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and consistency standards. 

This position reports to our Brand Design Manager and is based in our Buenos Aires, Argentina office.

What you’ll do

Design and refine digital and print materials, including social media graphics, web assets, marketing collateral, and packaging. Collaborate with the creative team during concept development and brainstorming sessions. Ensure all designs adhere to Dialpad’s brand guidelines and visual identity standards. Prepare and deliver final artwork in appropriate formats for production or deployment. Organize and maintain design files, resources, and asset libraries. Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.

Skills you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 0–2 years of graphic design experience (internships and freelance work welcomed). Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of the fundamentals of print design and production is a plus. Working knowledge of web design fundamentals is a plus. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is an added advantage.
