We are hiring a Jr. Business Analyst based in Burlington, MA in support of our Public Sector Client.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

· Support client to analyze business processes, understand processes, maintain or re-engineer processes, test solutions to client issues, delivery quality end product, and support end users
· Attend and participate in meetings, both internally and with client
· Conduct analysis on problems independently, research and recommend solutions, and execute resolution steps to address client issues
· Provide functional support for testing such as developing test scenarios and documentation and performing validation testing for core applications
· Provide functional support for new initiative implementation activities Available for on call support

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

· 2+ years of experience in complex software implementations
· 2+ years of experience with business analysis and implementing value-adding resolutions
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Strong ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
· Ability to quickly pick up new concepts, tools, and ideas and adapt to changing environments
· Self-motivated and team-oriented professional who is both flexible and adaptable and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work in a non-conventional environment with virtual teams spanning time zones across the US and India
· Ability to travel to client site as needed

Desired Skills:
· Experience with ERP applications preferred, but not required
· Experience with CGI Advantage ERP preferred, but not required
· Accounting system experience preferred, but not required

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science or related field.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $66,300 -$116,00.
