CGI Federal has an immediate need for Business Analyst supporting a project for a large Federal government Civilian agency. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations for the US Federal Government. You will be interacting with a dynamic team of people, with opportunities to learn and grow as you help deliver the overall solution to our client.
This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
- Provide a variety of project support involving finance, business processes, and technology from a risk services and management consulting standpoint.
- Provide support to projects ranging from process improvement and strategic alignment to technology security.
- Work closely with staff, managers, and partners on all phases of project planning, engagement management, and wrap up.
- Provides technical knowledge in their area of expertise, works individually and on teams to support the completion of project specific task within estimated time frames and budget constraints and interface with the client on a day-to-day basis.
- Support the development of solutions that address organization challenges,
- Support project objectives often by leading assigned engagement tasks to completion within scope and budget constraints, while ensuring deliverable requirements are met.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills and must be outgoing and proactive in order to accomplish tasks
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Flexibility, ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to support project team members across a diverse geography
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization, including direct client interactiob.
- Attention to detail

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $45,700.00 - $108,300.00.
