ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-

Responsible for an assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio of 400-500 accountsMonitor Aging report on a regular basis; notify customers of past due invoices in a timely mannerResearch and resolve of customer deductions/chargebacks pertaining to shipping violation claims, allowances, discounts, damages, pricing, and shortagesInteract with internal departments during the process of validating deductionsDispute invalid deductions within the claim’s expiration time-frame, and follow through until resolvedPrepare and submit necessary adjustments for processingReconciliation of RMA deductionsMaintain transaction update notes current in both Excel CB status list, and on the accountOther duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS-

Ability to work independentlyProficient with MS Office Suite, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook, V-lookupAbility to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbal and writtenStrong teamwork skills with ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal departmentsStrong detail orientation skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE-

3+ years of strong experience in Accounts Receivables and Collections - retail industry preferredExperience in handling EDI accountsFamiliar with obtaining payment information and necessary documentation from Vendor PortalsExperience in performing intense account reconciliation

$25-$27/HOURLY
