Before construction begins, the project manager maybe responsible for site selection and due diligence, securing zoning and entitlements, selecting project team members, and creating a schedule and budget. The project manager is the owner’s representative on-site, and it is their job to ensure the project is being built to the owner’s specifications. The Project Manager is consistently focused on teamwork, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES + Site selection and due diligence, securing zoning and entitlements + Project team member selection + Creating a schedule and budget + Scheduling contractors, processing payments and managing change orders + Upholds company standard policies and procedures + In the performance of job duties, will follow established safety procedures and policies SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline + 2-5 years of relative experience preferably in the restaurant or retail industry + Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook) + Project Manager certification a plus + Budget management experience + Detailed with the ability to multi-task + Strong communication skills both written and verbal + Excellent leadership and organizational skills, flexible and adaptable to constant changes and must possess attention to detail Opportunity for growth and Advancement!
