The Creative Designer will be responsible for bringing fresh and engaging design ideas to life, helping to communicate key messages and enhance the brand’s presence. This role involves working on a variety of creative projects, from brainstorming concepts to producing finished designs that can be used across different platforms.
The candidate will manage design projects from start to finish, making sure the final output looks great and supports the overall marketing goals. They'll also help guide the creative direction of the brand, ensuring that all designs stay consistent with branding guidelines and contribute to campaigns, brand marketing, sales initiatives, and product promotions.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should be able to turn business and communication goals into clear, creative designs that connect with the target audience. A good grasp of business needs and a solid understanding of design best practices are key to excelling in this position.
Creative Design
Demonstrate proficiency in graphic and presentation design, video editing, storyboarding, animation and motion graphics.Well versed in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint.Adept in designing both print and digital assets for a variety of platforms (websites, social media, campaigns, events and executive briefings), ensuring consistency across integrated campaigns.Have a solid understanding of graphic and interactive design, layout and typography, brand development and overall creative process.Contribute to the creation of innovative design programs and concepts that align with the company’s business goals and strengthen our brand strategy.Support the development of creative solutions and strategies that help our marketing efforts resonate with different market segments.Stay up to date with industry best practices and possess a strong understanding of interactive communications, user interface design, and delivery systems.Effectively manage time and ensure all projects are completed within deadlines, while being open to handling additional tasks as needed.Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as directed by management to support organizational goals and ensure operational efficiency.Brand Guidelines Champion and Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adapting priorities based on market trends and competitive challenges.Collaborate with marketing teams to understand market needs and opportunities, contributing to actionable strategies that drive impact.Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines, delivering a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across all channels.Creative Process Improvement
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve creative processes and systems to enhance efficiency and quality.Identify and implement new tools, technologies, or workflows that streamline the design process and improve overall productivity.Foster a culture of continuous learning and creative innovation, encouraging collaboration and the sharing of best practices within the team.Regularly review project outcomes to gather insights and refine design approaches, ensuring that lessons learned are applied to future projects.Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and develop solutions that enhance the overall creative workflow.Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required.
