Essential Functions:

Remote Monitoring and Control of the deployed fleetWork in 6 to 8-hour shifts - either during the day or nightSupport Field Service Engineers during commissioning and testing of new systemsProvide support for the installed systems and escalate as neededPrepare trend charts and participate in analysisPerform in-process inspection of data and notify the global team of anomaliesEscalate solutions to known system failure modes​Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

Knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, plumbing, valves and valve operationKnowledge of basic IT Software requirement/installation (Windows OS, MS-Office)Knowledge of Python programming & SQLMust be a highly effective communicator at all levels (phone, written & verbal)

Additional Skills / Knowledge Preferred:

Technical knowledge in electrochemistry or Fuel cell operation (preferred)Knowledge of modeling software (preferred) and the desire to develop artificial intelligence

Education:

Bachelor's in Chemical / Mechanical / Energy Systems Engineering
