Jr. Fiscal Metering Engineer

Airswift is seeking a Jr Fiscal Metering Engineer to work in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with a major O&G company.
This is a temporary position for 6 to 9 months and will be responsible for monitoring the performance of metering systems, implementation of the sampling plan, carry out routine reporting, including daily XML, monthly reporting and ad-hoc mis-measurement reports and assist offloading operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Product owner for the local supply chain applications, guiding the value creation and sprints prioritization. Advanced monitoring of the performance of fiscal metering, allocation and custody transfer systems with focus on the quality of results and compliance with ANP Regulations; Provide reliable and accurate data in corporate information systems of Measurement Management and Hydrocarbon Accounting; Monitor and follow up Fiscal Metering system performance to identify, correct and report mis-measurements; Perform the management of sampling plan, validation and implementation of analytical results, flow computer updates, updates of measurement databases and maintenance management system (SAP); Provide support to custody transfer operations (oil offloading) and meter proving, being responsible to ensure procedures are followed and reports are adequately issued. Support the maintenance planning, risk analysis and execution of Fiscal Metering activities. Support to the preparation of engineering documents associated with fiscal metering, allocation and custody transfer systems. Liaise with vendors and the original equipment manufacturers for all queries regarding maintenance, drawings, modifications, resolution of technical problems.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Technical degree in Automation, instrumentation or equivalent; Advanced English; Knowledge of Brazilian Fiscal Metering regulation (RTM) and relevant ANP and INMETRO resolutions; Experience with data acquisition processes, data validation and XML reporting routines.
