About the role:

Jr. HR Associates in Maxima are rotated across different facets of Human Resource and can be assigned in recruitment, compensation and benefits, engagement and evaluation as part of the career growth. In this role, initial assignment will include the following:

Sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Screening of resumes and scheduling of interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit. Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback. Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports including employees' 201 files
