Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join one of our retail clients. This individual will be joining the End-User Productivity team where they will be closely managing changes that occur across the Microsoft tools and relaying that information to end users across the organization. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing End User Productivity Viva Engage Community and all other forms of communication, including global email communications and intranet communications. This individual must be able to provide white-glove service to senior leaders across the organization and promote technical advancements specific to Microsoft tools.
