Job Scope/ Summary:
Work in Paint R&D and participate in all group activities.Provide and maintain accurate data and records for different projects.Provide analysis and conclusion of work performed.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Should develop good Knowledge of Paint formulation and test method (BSTM).Able to understand paint making process and handling of machines, selection of accessories as per batch.Able to perform all the test as per BSTM methods and develop understanding.Should have/develop understanding of paint and its raw materials and basics of spectrophotometer.Able to make drawdown as per the project’s requirements (50 in one shift) Should be aware of all BEHR paints, primers and other products.Should be able to enter data accurately and good data management.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES RECOMMENDED FOR POSITION:
Follow company ethics, protocol & safety. Good excel skills, report writing skills & presentation skills. Performing all the assigned work by project leader/supervisor. Maintain effective communication about lab related activities. Able to develop good interaction within department.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational attainment equivalent to bachelor’s degree in science or relevant field (B.Sc.,) Fresher or 6 months experience in industry (Good communication is most preferred)
