Your skills and experience
You have:
Bachelor’s degree, in a related field. Master’s degree or PMP/Prince2 certification is considered a plus. Experience in a Project Management environment is an asset. Analytical skills and innovative thinking skills to interpret and analyze business requirements. Financial acumen with attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Collaboration skills with all audiences (technical/non-technical) and across global time zones. Experience in SharePoint/Excel/Power BI/PowerPoint, and MS Visio. Excellent interpersonal abilities including working well within a team dynamic. Strong Communication skills.

Project Planning & Scheduling:
Work and support the PM team to ensure and enable the project to be complete on time and at the right cost Responsible for taking the minutes and follow up on action items, & maintenance of project SharePoint site(s) Support and work with the PM team to analyze and update the project Proforma to provide realistic input assumptions for Project Costs, Schedule, and Cashflow Implement project controls, tracking systems, and reporting mechanisms to monitor milestones and progress with the support of the PM team Assisting the PMO in developing and delivering project update presentations Support the design workstreams in gathering and summarizing requirements, compiling reports, presentations, inventory and other duties as requiredBudget & Cost Management:
Work in support to prepare and manage detailed construction budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with approved financial parameters Support the PM team to implement rigorous cost control measures, track variances, and recommend corrective actions when needed Support project procurement processes Attend site coordination meetings and support the PM team as needed to discuss potential or pending change orders, problems, schedule, budget, requests for information and any other areas of interestReporting & Documentation:
Support the PM team on project documentation and archival records for future reference and compliance audits.
