The Opportunity!

Reporting to the Manager, Operations Support Specialist, the Jr. Operations Support Specialist will identify gaps and potential improvements for operational procedures, collaborate with internal credit and finance teams, and support our auto, personal, and commercial lines of business.

What you will bring to our team -

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent critical thinking and people skills, and the ability to articulate both written and verbal communications

Accounts Payable experience will be considered an asset

Ability to work independently

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Ability to adapt to a routine as well address priorities of new or challenging issues.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to effectively interact with varying position levels including senior management

Positive attitude and teamwork driven

A day in the life -

Analyze & investigate discrepancies related to Operational procedures

Identify operational gaps and/or identify potential operational improvements

Generate and review analytical reports to identify errors and discrepancies

Assist the Operations team in resolving complex issues

Generate standard monthly and quarterly reports

Problem solving

Troubleshooting

Collaborate with internal Credit and Finance Teams

Communicate with internal staff and external stakeholders

Support all lines of business

Salary Expectations –

The expected salary for this position is $60,000.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
