Kyriba is looking for a Junior QA automation for BI who wants to join our project and be involved in innovation activities and who wants to start his career in a market leader company. It’s a great chance for you to act on a real production level with big customers from Fortune 500.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Explore, discuss and apply automated testing best practices and technologies in the context of data processing together with our QA lead

Participate in the backlog refinement ceremonies with the developers and Product Owners to review the requirements and challenge the acceptance criteria/test conditions

Test conception and implementation: from the acceptance criteria, create and maintain the test cases and test procedures to ensure sufficient test coverage based on risk

Test execution and automation during in-sprint activities: system and acceptance tests

Reproduce failures, create non-regression tests to cover the functionality containing the defect

Investigate, debug and fix failing automated tests in the CI as they come

Report and communicate progress on the testing activities of the team

Coordinate with developers, Product Owners, and other team members to deliver a high-quality product

Track and communicates task progress, status on in-sprint and regression testing, quality assurance and testing reports

Education, Experience & Skills:

First experience with automated tests and test analysis

Knowledge of Java and SQL, Javascript (NodeJS) is a plus

Good understanding of software development processes

Analytical and problem solving skills

Knowledge of Git version control

Experience in data processing and analysis is a plus

Experience with shift left testing is a plus
