YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

负责执行、监督生产部偏差管理程序，确保偏差处理符合公司SOP要求:  a) 及时编写偏差报告、组织调查评估、制定相应CAPA；跟踪偏差审批，确保在要求时限内完成偏差流程 b) 跟踪、监督CAPA执行状态，确保CAPA及时执行；如遇特殊情况，合理调整CAPA的执行期限。 c) 制定偏差处理周期及CAPA完成情况的KPI，执行月度汇报。 d) 负责偏差分析总结、培训，致力于降低人为错误及设备偏差。负责生产管理SOP的建立、修订或更新，持续优化生产管理流程。 负责生产试机管理，确保试机按SOP要求完成申请、方案/记录、报告，监控试机过程中的试机物料/产品。负责执行直线经理分派的项目管理。协助执行办公用品及生产消耗品管理。

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

制药或化工相关专业大学本科或以上。3年以上制药或化工领域工作经验。熟悉GMP规范。具有良好的组织和团队协作能力。具有良好的英语读写能力。
