Jr. Sales Executive
City Wide Facility Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Jr. Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Jr. Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with the operations and sales team, the Jr. Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. + Two weeks Front-loaded Paid Time Off after 90 days + 50% Company Contribution to all Provided Health Care Plans + 95% remote work + Phone and car package + Tiered Commissions based on Performance with No Cap Compensation $45,000 - $50,000 base pay annually or DOE In this role, you will: + Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in $2500 sales per month. + Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations. + Closes sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts. + Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week. + Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information. + Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM. + Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner so that you get along with Clients, co-workers, and supervisors. Successful candidates will possess: + Sales experience a plus but not necessary. + “Hunter” sales acumen; goal driven and self-motivated. + Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. + Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
