HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications softwareAssists with all phases of the software development lifecycleAssists with analyzing user/business needs and functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needsAssists with creating a variety of models and diagrams that show programmers the software code needed for an applicationPerforms software updates, refinement, testing, and debuggingAssists with the documentation of software or system for future maintenance and updates

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Required Experience: BA/BS degree and 2+ years of related Linux experience (additional years can be considered in lieu of degree)History of developing applications and trouble shooting issues within the codeWriting in C, C++ along with development of scripts.  Required Technical Skills: C, C++, Linux, System/Software Design, GitLab and Java Required Skills and Abilities: Application Development, Software Development, Problem Solving, understanding network communicationUS Citizenship RequiredComp TIA Sec+ - Required within 6 months of hireActive secret clearance OR previously held secret clearance preferred, must have ability to obtain interim clearance This is a 10 hour day-4 day work weekOnsite at Bossier City, LA
