1) 业务追踪:对高净值准客户进行梳理,及时根据每件保单的进展,协助分公司及合作伙伴提供必要的解决方案;
2) 业务提升:支持提升大额保单在所辖区域内的占比,完成区域年度大额保单的相关业务目标;
3) 市场分析:了解同业对于高净值客户市场的动态,包括但不限于专属产品、客户服务、业务规则和市场活动等,并定期形成报告;
4) 业务培训:针对市场最新热点,结合业务发展需要、客户需求、高净值客户关注话题,进行课程的设计和教授,对销售团队和合作伙伴提供针对性的培训,以及辅导讲师授课能力的提升;
5) 外部专家协调:根据高净值客户的实际需要,统筹安排外部专家的必要性
6) 风险控制:针对高净值客户的销售辅助材料合规性进行有效控制,确保符合监管及公司各项规章制度及合规的要求;
7) 关系管理:与合作银行关键员工建立友好关系,协助负责人为销售团队和合作银行设计年度培训计划;
8) 交流分享:深入一线销售人员交流,了解业务情况和需求,及时落实总/分公司制定的销售话术并开发培训课程,积极促进和推动各渠道之间的知识咨询共享;
