JT976 - MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA. Responsibilities: + Responsible for managing the entry, maintenance, adherence to standard design, and accuracy of Material, Production and Planning Master Data elements which include but not limited to Material Masters, BOMs, Recipes, Resources, Production Versions and Material requests for moderate to complex data requests. + Provide process and system guidance / training to end users. + Extract, compile and interpret data relevant for periodic reporting needs. - Provide continued Master Data leadership in managing core data needs. + Upholds global master data governance process. + Support or manage process improvement initiatives. + Design and implementation of site master data governance process with assistance from department management. + Ensure quality of own work and also quality of others impacting SAP. + Accountable for achieving data accuracy targets and SLAs. + Accountable for site audit reporting on process performance, data performance and facilitates resolution. + Represents site while partnering with BCOE and ISCOE in seeking solution to new business requirements. + Trouble shoot SAP when error occur. + Participate in BPOs global forum. + Test SAP functionality, support ERP releases. + Monitor MD error metrics. + Manage change control that impacts SAP SCM Master Data. + Owns department documentation. Qualifications: + Bachelor's in business, Engineering and/or Supply Chain  + 6 years’ experience in related area + Technical and business understanding of SAP ERP (or similar systems) along with experience with data analytics and visualization. + Expertise in Supply Chain & Operations processes. + Material, Production, Planning master data and/or OA inspection plan experience. + 3 years supply chain data management experience. + Understanding of database fundamentals. + APICS certification. + Working knowledge of regulatory and pharmaceutical processes. + Solid project management, cross functional facilitation, communication and presentation skills. + Team player, self-starter, persistent, tactful, persuasive, independent worker who take on ownership in driving tasks/projects to completion. + Readily adapts to and manages change. + Possesses process improvement and leadership skills focused on implementing robust, efficient systems & processes. + Possess analytical skills in data management, interpretation and reporting. + Availability for Administrative shift  Quality Consulting Group, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity,, genetic information, national origin, protected veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
