Responsible for making juices and smoothies for members in a prompt, friendly manner and making drinks for servers to serve in the dining room. Must be able to perform in a fast paced environment, be knowledgeable, confident and have a positive attitude. Rate of Pay: $16.20 per hour, plus tips. This role is considered entry-level Full Time Schedule: + Monday-Wednesday 2pm-10pm + Saturday-Sunday 10am-6pm Job Responsibilities: + Greets members promptly + Clearly and accurately describes all juice bar items and answers basic questions regarding the menu. + Properly and accurately takes orders + Has an understanding of all add-on and supplement properties. + Makes drinks that taste good and are properly portioned + Has proficient POS skills + Pays attention to server printer and makes their drinks accurately and timely + Attends to Juice Bar cleanliness and presentation + Acquires payment for all checks and maintains a cash drawer with no pattern of significant “walk outs”, shortages or overages. + Completes all assigned opening and closing sidework including making accurate requisitions + Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area at all times + Maintaining a fresh, clean produce display with stock rotated daily + Maintaining, cleaning and lubricating equipment + Correct and accurate requisitions + Ensures TV’s are set to current home team games when applicable + Able to answer basic questions about Club service and Club events + Able to address reasonable member requests + Uses proper food handling procedures according to sanitation standards Requirements + Cashier experience preferred + Works well under pressure + Strong communication skills + Able to multi-task Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Matters: East Bank Club commits to a culture of inclusion and belonging characterized by connection across our similarities and differences.
