Junior Account Executive
Junior Account Executive We’re hiring! Aon is currently recruiting for a Junior Account Executive to join the Aon Client Service team in Finland. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Helsinki office. What the day will look like + Supporting the unit in day-to-day activity and administrative duty with priority on providing proper documentations. + Maintaining the file of existing and new clients to support the account executives including updating clients' data with the insurer. + Handling and serving selected/simple lines of insurance + Implementing standard operating procedure in respect of renewals + Working closely with the Aon network, insurance companies and clients. + Ensuring that the team's operations meet compliance standard determined by Aon Policy and Protocols and local regulations and always applying Aon values. Skills and experience that will lead to success + You hold a degree from a university or a UAS. You are proficient in MS Office. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) and able to work with many levels within an organization and business partners (active listening, purposeful communication & flexibility). You hold a good command of the Finnish and English languages. + You have an excellent attention to detail and you are able to prioritize and coordinate work with good time management skills. + Ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast paced multinational environment. Would you like to join us?
