We are seeking a Junior Account Executive for our Italian Retail Sales organization.

After a proper period of training and shadowing by a senior Account Manager, the candidate will Develop and execute sales plans / strategies to effectively bring DN products and services to Italian Retail market. The candidate after a period of training on the job will drive revenue generation and identify and close new opportunities within current Retail customer accounts and Retail prospects. The candidate coupled by a senior Account Manager will facilitate and lead customer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial results. She/he will utilize knowledge of DN offerings and understanding of the Retail customer's business to develop customized proposals that present creative solutions. The candidate will develop, nurture and maintain Retail customer relationships across a range of accounts to ensure their benefit from and optimization of DN products and services.

The Candidate will work jointly with an experienced Retail Account Manager to learn the Retail industry and the Account Management techniques. During this period of shadowing and training on the job, she/he will work with her/his senior tutor in the following responsibilities: 

Responsible for customer account management for key accounts within country Italy Generates and follow up leads and work on Prospects as well Develops customer relationships as a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise and exceptional customer support. Educates customers on DN products, services and innovations. Solicits customer feedback and works internally key stakeholders to manage any issues. Proactively meets with customers to review service levels.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Computer Science and Business area are a matter of preference, but not limited to) or equivalent work experience required Junior candidates with no working experience yet are welcome, as well as already experienced candidates in Solution selling willing to be challenged in a very dynamic environment Proficient in all MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams. Good business English skills (Written and spoken).  Exhibit skills, characteristics, traits and work habits that greatly enhance the likelihood of success in customer relationships, ex: solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, customer empathy. Exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Demonstrated relationship building skills at all levels of the organization, including senior executive levels. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
