We’re hiring! Aon is currently recruiting for a Junior Account Executive to join the Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) team in Finland. This is a permanent position with the flexibility to work both remotely and from our Helsinki office.

What the day will look like
+ Your will work with the insurance programs of Finnish subsidiaries of large international companies. Your duties include comprehensive customer relationship management, which involves handling international insurance programs for Finnish insurances and reforms together with Aon's network, supporting the customer on insurance and claims related matters, and making additional sales. You will be supported by the expert networks and expertise of the world's largest insurance brokerage operator.
+ Supporting the unit in day-to-day activity and administrative duty with priority on providing proper documentations .
+ Implementing standard operating procedure in respect of renewals
+ Working closely with the Aon network, insurance companies and clients.
+ Ensuring that the team's operations meet compliance standards determined by Aon Policy and Protocols and local regulations and always applying Aon values.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ You hold a degree from a university or a UAS. You are proficient in MS Office.
+ You are customer focused and have work experience in the insurance business.
+ You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) in Finnish and English languages.
+ You have excellent attention to detail and can prioritize and coordinate work with good time management skills.
+ Ability to work independently and efficiently. Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced multinational environment.
