To strengthen our team we are looking for a Junior Account Executive to be based in Almaty, Kazakhstan and to work with international programs for our largest clients as well as local companies with representation from a wide range of industries.
Essential Job Functions:
+ Managing a portfolio of Aon multinational and national accounts.
+ Work, with minimal assistance, in a client-facing capacity to provide advice on policy coverage, risk exposures and coverage availability.
+ Working collaboratively with Aon multinational colleagues to build best in class solutions for Aon multinational clients.
+ Leading discussions and negotiations with insurance markets to provide best-in-class terms, coverage and pricing.
+ Working closely and collaboratively with national team in application of subject matter expertise. Developing appropriate solutions to meet client needs resulting in improved client outcomes and retention.
+ Growth of existing book of business through internal and external new business prospecting.
+ Synthesizes and analyzes exposure data, loss history and unique coverage needs for submissions.
+ Claims handling.
+ Inputting data into the appropriate brokerage systems.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Higher education degree (BSc / BA or above)
+ Excellent English (spoken and written) and Russian languages
+ Digital literacy and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet tools.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and solutions with strong research and critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
+ Interest in the insurance and brokerage sector and drive for results
+ Motivation to learn something new every single day
+ Drive for results and improve performance.
