As a Junior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) and driving sales performance. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with junior experience in sales or customer service, particularly in an Inside Sales position. You will be responsible for managing accounts, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to our sales growth strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Sales Support:** Act as a deputy to KAMs, supporting their sales activities and ensuring seamless customer interactions. + **Account Management:** Manage assigned accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. + **Communication & Negotiation:** Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to drive customer-focused interactions and meet sales targets. + **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and provide insights based on data analysis. + **Campaign Alignment:** Collaborate with the KAM and 4P team to align on campaigns and promotions that drive lead generation and sales growth. + **Administrative Tasks:** Handle administrative duties, including preparing proposals, contracts, generating reports, and tracking sales performance. + **Growth Strategy Execution:** Assist in developing and executing growth strategies for the Monitor, ATAB, and Accessories business. + **Data Focus:** Utilize inside tools and processes to analyze data, focus on number crunching, customer health, and provide deal input based on number analysis (e.g., Premium Share, Attach). + **Quarterly Contract Administration:** Manage quarterly contract administration tasks such as quarterly FPI and PEP. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** 1 year of experience in IT Sales, preferably in consumer development. + **Language Skills:** Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French is a plus. + **Skills:** + Strong communication and negotiation skills. + Customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. + Goal-driven mindset, motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets. + Ability to manage accounts efficiently and handle administrative tasks effectively. **What We Offer:** + Employee Share Purchase Plan + Employee Assistance Program, e.g., for health, legal & financial consultancy + Pension Plan above legal requirements + Meal Allowance + Sport Allowance + Social Security: accident & sick leave insurance costs covered by Lenovo, up to 100% OTE payment for 1 year + Public transport support + Mobile phone & Swisscom flat rate incl. max 4 data cards + Internal E-learning Development Platform Available for Employees + Specialized Development Trainings (based on nomination process) + Employees Groups (LGBT+, WILL, etc.) + Opportunity to Join/Create Employees Groups (inclusivity, well-being, sports, volunteering, charity, etc.) _Check out the video, our DACH team created, to give you an insight into the Lenovo culture!
