Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(this listing is not intended to be exhaustive, but to highlight the primary responsibilities and duties)
+ Approve Corporate Credit Card transactions for cardholders in the Smart Data system.
+ Maintain communication with the Director of Finance and Assistant Finance Director related to items over $200.00 to seek their approval on these expenditures.
+ Communicate with cardholders any concerns related to the credit card details in Smart data.
+ Maintain logs for all Cams cardholders of audit concerns to be provided to the divisional auditors when needed.
+ Monitor compliance to the corporate credit policy for the Neosa Division.
+ Develop well rounded knowledge of the Salvation Army Accounting minutes to ensure compliance is being maintained.
+ Provide the Cams Accounting staff with reports needed monthly related to the corporate credit cards.
+ Print monthly statements and upload to corps share folders.
+ Communicate with the field on the monthly transfer of funds related to the credit card expenditures.
+ Distribute the credit card applications and policies to potential new cardholders upon the request of the Director of Finance or Assistant Director of Finance.
+ Maintain yearly policies from all cardholders.
+ Setup and maintain coding structure of the cardholders in the Smart data system.
+ Prepare and Analyze reconciliations between divisional accounting records and corps accounting records at fiscal year-end.
+ Perform all Payroll Accounting in Serenic
+ Process all Payroll banking
+ Process 1 Payroll weekly or biweekly at the discretion of the Assistant Director of Finance.
+ Any other reasonable duty as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
Associates degree in Accounting (or related field)
Proficient skill in Excel and other Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of computerized accounting software packages
Schedule and perform designated responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Ability to process detailed data with maximum accuracy.
