Junior Accountant/Treasury Analyst responsibilities: Manage the full accounts payable cycle, from invoice entry to payment processing. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Oversee accounts receivable and payable processes. Prepare financial statement entries to support reporting requirements. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Support senior finance leaders with ad hoc financial reporting requests. Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. Track interest expenses and process payments for outstanding debt. Maintain and update short-term cash flow planning tools. Work with public company financial reporting requirements as needed. Provide support for various financial and treasury functions. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA program enrollment preferred). Experience working with a public company. 2+ years of accounting or treasury experience (co-op or internship experience will be considered). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general ledger accounting software. A solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 (depending on experience). Candidates with additional experience and higher salary expectations may be considered.
