JOB PURPOSE 

The Junior Accounting Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for performing transactional accounting tasks aimed at providing an efficient and effective end-to-end service for the group. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Carry out transactions promptly and accurately in accordance with established procedures. Conduct necessary reconciliations as delegated by senior staff to validate the accuracy of financial information. Maintain high control standards by promptly reporting significant issues and areas of non-compliance to the appropriate hierarchy and promptly addressing these concerns. Reply to emails, calls, and inquiries promptly.  *

LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS 

Language Skills

Fluency in English. Fluency in French is a plus. 

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office. 

EDUCATION 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, or Accounting, or a related field. 

EXPERIENCE 

Zero to one years of experience is a similar role.
